The operator identified on our Company information page is responsible for the personal information described here. This policy covers the publisher website; individual publications provide notices appropriate to their own operation.
When you email us or use our contact form, we receive the details you choose to provide, normally your name, email address, organisation, enquiry type, publication or page and message. Hosting services may process ordinary technical and security logs.
We use enquiry information to respond, manage relevant relationships, consider editorial or rights concerns, maintain proportionate records and protect our websites. This is generally necessary for our legitimate interests or to take steps you request.
Contact-form messages are sent through Resend to our business inbox. Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Turnstile spam protection, which processes browser and technical information to check submissions. We do not keep a separate website database of contact messages. Information may also be processed by our mailbox provider or disclosed where legally required. See Resend’s privacy policy ↗ and Cloudflare’s privacy policy ↗. We do not sell personal information.
Correspondence is kept only while reasonably needed for its purpose, follow-up, legal obligations or legitimate records. The appropriate period depends on the nature and significance of the enquiry.
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or object to particular processing. Contact us and explain your request.
This publisher website does not currently set advertising cookies. If privacy-conscious analytics are introduced, this notice will be updated before the information is used.
Publications shown in our portfolio are separate websites and may use different analytics or affiliate technologies. Their notices apply when you visit them.
